A note on parts
I use quality aftermarket and refurbished parts and I'll always tell you which grade you're getting before we start. On iPhone 11 and newer, Apple flags non-genuine parts with a notice in Settings — it doesn't affect how your phone works, and it happens at every independent shop. You'll never find out after the fact.FAQ

What devices do you work on?
iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Mac desktops, Windows laptops and desktops. Not sure? Just reach out — I'll tell you if I can help.
How long does a repair take?
Most iPhone and iPad screens or batteries take 30–60 minutes on-site. PC and Mac repairs vary — I give you an honest estimate before I start.
Is my data safe?
Your device stays in your sight the whole time. I don't need your passwords for most hardware repairs.
What if the repair doesn't hold up?
90-day warranty on all parts and labor. If something fails within that window, I fix it free.
What won't you fix?
Devices locked to someone else's Apple ID or Microsoft account. I also don't do MacBook screens, iPad Air/Pro screens, or full water damage repair. No fix, no fee.
